Deepening Dialogue Through the Body
For Singles | Couples | Leaders | Facilitators

CO-ED Workshop
11-13 Sept | Ubud, Bali
You missed out!
Open to all. Non-sexual.
No experience needed.
Our bodies are in conversation before we say a word, responding instantly to another’s tone, posture, or facial expression.
Within seconds, our intention to stay open and relaxed can become pulling away, pushing back, pleasing, trying too hard … or wanting to escape.
The body has already responded before the mind catches up … and now another familiar moment requires repair.
The same patterns show up in intimate relationship and leadership.
'I loved noticing what went missing - breath, posture - I found that really valuable"
Olivia B | Australia
Self Mastery in Relational Practice
The Practice Playground brings these patterns into view through playful engagement with others.
Your protective patterns show up in how you move. This reveals habits through the body in ways conversation never can.
Just as musicians jam or dancers evolve through improvisation, you’ll explore relational dynamics while they are happening.
You move, observe, reflect … then practise new ways of being.
This creates fresh reference points your body remembers.
Mastery Comes Through Joyful Practice
"One practice has helped me to move into my body and get out of my head, giving me greater access to truer wisdom within myself, and the ability to really embody that wisdom in my daily life and relationship."
Sue | London
Is this for you?
The Practice Playground welcomes all genders, relationship statuses and experience levels.
This training is for you if:
"It's wonderful to share this in a mixed gendered context - it provides such grounds for healthy relating"
Tania S | Australia
What training looks like
Slow to moderate pace. Relaxed sensitivity over speed and strength.
Partners change often, so you train with different body types and different personalities.
All fitness levels. Practices adapt to injuries and physical capacity.
Every exercise is a choice. You decide what you are available for.
"The feeling of safety created an environment for me to fully show up. This is a reflection of your presence and spaceholding. I enjoyed the playfulness of it all, the varied activities, how they interrelate and the constant theme(s) woven throughout."
Luke D | Australia
Relational Practice Through the Body
Across movement, attunement, challenge and holding, familiar patterns become visible enough to practise differently.
Unscripted: Moving Beyond Habit

“For the first time in a long time I was at peace yesterday. I realised that I was projecting the anxieties and frustrations within me and projecting it on others. I definitely feel that I know myself more.”
Michael M | Australia

Partner Attunement:
Listening Through the Body
"Thank you so much for the connection session. I was surprised at how deep a connection we created in such a short time - it was the deepest we'd ever experienced together"
Matt A. | Australia
Weapons Play: Dancing With Danger

"I had no idea how much I'd love the sword!!”
Olivia B | Australia
The Art of Holding: Being Held, Letting Go
“Now I can manoeuvre my partner, who is literally twice my weight, with more ease. And we actually had a lot of fun doing it!”
Santosha | EU
What you practise here goes home with you.
Personal Evolution
“For me, the benefits were greater co-ordination and sense of body awareness, the gift of knowing I have the capacity to respond to unwanted situations, centeredness and wakefulness … and more joy!”
Kacie Walker | Australia
Relationship Transformation
"Both my partner and I walked away with so much energy for each other and establishing a stronger connection through the practices you showed us. Thank you for creating a space where we could commence such a beautiful journey."
Tegen | Australia
Professional Impact
“I feel so much more freedom and aliveness in my being which means I can bring that into my work, so not only have I benefited in a massive way but so have others in my life in relationships and Business."
Belinda S | Australia
Your guide

Decades of Practice. One Training.
Mo Latin has spent 25 years training in Bujinkan martial arts and holds a 7th Dan black belt.
His practice draws on conscious movement, partner work, somatic learning and nervous system regulation.
For two decades, he has guided leaders, individuals and couples through embodied relational practice.
His years as a recording engineer and music producer trained him to hear timing, tone and dissonance. He now brings that deep listening to the body and the unspoken dynamics between people.
“You held the room with such mastery, you have a broad and deep understanding of human relationships and an ability to see into people, and call them forward into a greater version of themselves.”
